Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

How Delivery Works

All CareDocsDirect products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link — typically within minutes of purchase.

Your files are available to download immediately and can be accessed at any time via your order confirmation email. No physical items will be posted.

File Formats

Our templates are provided as editable Microsoft Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and/or PDF files, as stated on each product page. You will need Microsoft Word or Excel (or a compatible application) to edit the respective file types.

Download Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing your download, please contact us at caredocsdirect@mail.com and we will resolve this promptly.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been accessed.

However, if you have a problem with your order — for example, a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described — please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
